Cancel your Home Warranty Plan! Up to $10,000 of coverage per 12 months. Leaky sinks, busted AC's, blown water heaters, broken appliances are covered. We came up with this to counter those terrible home warranty plans in order to provide a better, faster, higher qualified service to home owners while keeping tenants happy.  No per-visit service call fees either! An complete bi-annual home maintenance service is also included: involving a thorough check up & tune up on the HVAC system, water heater, & dryer vent. Does not include pre-existing conditions, foundation repair, roof replacement & turn costs like painting, flooring, upgrades. Coverage is for tenant service requests and repairs while home is occupied. Repairs & remedies are determined by CloverLeaf. Home subject to pre-approval.
